Mt Buller is Australia’s most accessible major alpine resort; it takes just 3 hours drive out of Melbourne to escape into a winter wonderland with more than 300 hectares of terrain, 80 kms of runs and plenty of dedicated snowplay zones to explore.

Buller boasts the largest lifting system in Victoria with a network of 22 lifts that can move a staggering 40,000 skiers around the mountain every hour.

Whether you are beginner making your first turns on our famous Bourke Street run, riding the rails in one of the three terrain parks or pushing the limits as you carve a line down Federation, Mt Buller has something to keep skiers and boarders of all levels happy and challenged.

Nestled right up in the snowfields Mt Buller’s picturesque village bustles with activity all season long and with more than 30 cafes, bars and restaurants to chose from one visit just isn’t long enough to try all the options from après, fine dining, great coffees and hearty mountain fare.

Those in need of an after dinner ski fix can head out under the lights with night skiing on Wednesdays and Saturdays from mid-July, or if you’d rather try something different take in a current release at Australia’s highest movie cinema, indulge with a spa treatment, try your hand at the indoor climbing wall or take the Gnome Roam to find the local little folk hidden all around the Village.

Mt Buller is the only resort in Australia where kids right through to Year 12 enjoy children’s rates for lift, lesson and rental pricing. With many accommodation houses offering great Kids Stay Free deals all season long it’s both good family fun and great value.
