SNOWSPORTS SCHOOL

Whether you’re new to the slopes or a seasoned rider, a Snowsports School lesson will speed your learning and have you cruising the resort in no time.For adult skiers and boarders, a wide array of group and private lesson options are available.

Kids love learning to ski and board at Falls Creek. We have one of Australia’s most innovative Kid’s Snowsports Schools. Our terrain garden is a safe learning area for kids aged 3-5 while the older kids, aged 6-14, will love exploring Fox Trail, our terrain park for kids and home of Pete the Snow Dragon.

Parkology – An additional element to the MILO Junior Workshop and Shred programs, includes spending time in the terrain parks, learning how to ride the jumps, boxes and rails.

Freestyle Sessions – Whether you’re an intermediate jibber, or a high end park rider, learn new tricks with a friendly, fun crew. Sessions take place every day in both the Drovers Dream and Ruined Castle Parks with jumps, boxes, rails and jibs.

GEAR RENTAL & RETAIL

Avoid the hassle of transporting gear and hire your skis, boots and poles, or snowboard and boots at Falls Creek. Falls Creek Sports, Village Ski Hire, Vking Ski Hire, and Gebi’s Ski Hire all offer lift and rental and lift, lesson and rental packages offering great value. Plus there’s plenty of great retail shops throughout the village for ski and après fashions or a souvenir for the people you leave at home. GETTING TO RESORT

You’ll find Falls Creek in the Victorian Alps and arriving here is hassle free. We’re the closest resort to drive to from Brisbane and an easy drive from Sydney and just 4.5 hours drive from Melbourne. The road is cleared of snow daily and snow chains are rarely fitted. Carrying snow chains, however is compulsory and are available for hire in Mt Beauty at the base of Falls Creek.

The nearest domestic airport is Albury, just 1.5 hours drive, bus, or limousine ride from Falls Creek, and the nearest international airport is Melbourne. Transport options include drive, plane, coach, limousine, you name it, call 1800 45 35 25 for more information.
